From time to time we may screen our database against recognised data files such as the TPS database to help us keep our database up to date.

We may collect information found in places such as Companies House and information that has been published in the public domain, such as in newspapers and online.

Why we collect your personal data and how we use it

To carry out our business and to provide a service or carry out a contract with you

  • Fulfilment of and delivery of products and services you have ordered. We will share your personal data with our delivery partners for this purpose.

  • Process payments. AF Pest Control does not store any payment card numbers once the transaction has been completed. We share your personal data with credit card companies and other payment providers.

  • Contact you with important information relating to your purchase or use and administration of any of our services, such as confirming your order, letting you know about returns and refunds and any information in relation to that service. We may share your information with our email service provider(s) for this purpose.

  • Analyse aggregated customer information with other interactions customers have with AF Pest Control in order to continually improve the products and services we offer. We do this using third parties such as Google Analytics.

How long do we keep your personal data for?

We will only keep your data for as long as it is required to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected or to comply with any legislation. Your data will be kept in line with our company Retention Policy.
